1. Returns

    • Duration: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the original packaging. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Non-returnable items: Any item made based on customization or personal measurement would be returned [For example Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.]

2. Refunds

    • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
    • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise stated or due to our error.

5. Shipping Returns

    • To return your product, you should mail your product to Suite 507, The Binary by Omniyat Tower – Business Bay – Dubai. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect or defective item).

    • Some items may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These include custom-made items

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@houseoftailors.co with details of the product and the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
